The 420619 is the updated original fixture. It is able to be expanded in width if needed. Also, has the power cords on opposite sides.
The X18 is in the new dimmable housing but is not dimmable. Both power cords are on the right back side. This fixture is fully assemble and cannot be adjusted in width. The one power cords control the outer lamps front and back and the other power cord controls the inner two lamps.
Both use the same ballast.

Not sure of the width of the Orphek. The original Hybrid allows the width to be changed depending on the LED fixtures size. We sell the hybrids in the 18" width with a 7"+ opening in the center. We also offer a 19.4" and 23.25" width accessories.
