HI Tony
Organic are organic bound trace elements, Min S is a mixture of different fatty acids and proteins. So best is to combine both

Vitality is a different point. Start with the both MIN S and organic and when the system is stabilized you can start with CV

Currently tank is 400lt net volume (90 gallons) and full SPS and some LPS.

HI
Start with 25 % of the recommended dosage. It is hard to say which is the right dosing ammount. When we cannot see the tank or the ammount of corals you have in, Thats why we recommend start with 25 % and see how this will fit
