My instinct tells me different varieties of duncans can touch like different varieties of hammers. Just wanted to check in with the R2R crew before mounting frags to make sure.

I saw the word hammer and misread, sorry. My instinct tells me different varieties of duncans can touch like different varieties of hammers.
Thanks. I've planned for growth, but I know they will touch sooner or later.....probably sooner with the growth rate of Duncans! Not a problem, though like mentioned - they tend to grow quite large so I’d leave a good amount of space between them.
I have blue and green mixed without issuesMy instinct tells me different varieties of duncans can touch like different varieties of hammers. Just wanted to check in with the R2R crew before mounting frags to make sure.
Thanks, what I'm doing here. Trying to plan for all contingencies. I even separated my frogspawn and hammers. Hoping to minimize swearing at myself in the future!I have blue and green mixed without issues
Should be okay. There is actually only one species of Duncans or Duncanopsammia. They just grow different depending on flow and light. My instinct tells me different varieties of duncans can touch like different varieties of hammers. Different shades of green is it to my knowledge. I do have one that has a light blue center but green tentacles. Two of mine have short tentacles and one has ridiculously long tentaclesI love Duncan’s so they come in different colors besides just different shades of green?
