Digital Aquatics Reef Keeper Temp Probes Problems.

I too have had some iTemp probe issues. Both with the original and replacement I have for my RKL. It seems to have subsided and I now have consistency but it certainly ways annoying when it was going on. I was having 8* temp swings in either direction daily.....not good.

I had issues with the iTemp style probe on the RKE originally. But support swapped it out with the new style and I have t had a problem since. Of course that's because I have a spare in the garage.

Never had a Problems with my Itemp. The only thing is it was off a little I got 78.2 form a probe and the RK was saying it was 78.9

Itemp on rke is not supported and does not work. Just fyi its not supported, so anyone who upgrades from rkl to rke needs to buy the temp probe and sl module. Rke was designed and is sold with thise components already.

I've had temp probe issues on my RKL as well. Probe #3 for me. It either shows iTemp error, or fluctuates so wildly that my fan and heater are freaking out. The unit was bought brand new. I'm pretty much done dealing with it after yet another itemp error in the middle of the day while I was at work, and coming home to an overheated tank with a bunch of dead coral. I'll be buying a new controller in the next couple of weeks, but it won't be DA.

I have another RKL that showed up with the same iTemp errors. I just took the whole thing offline and stuck it in a box. Not willing to risk another dead tank. My other two controllers (not DA) have never let me down. YMMV.
