sounds like you need a neptune aquacontroller. ;)

LOL!! NOT! I have had 2 AC's and now that I have my RK2 I can sleep easy! :D

I seriously love my RK2 like 10 times more and it's 100 times easier to program.

really???? oh yeah, you were doing that remote controll stuff that interferes with the ballasts i think.

the programming language can be a bit challenging if you aren't familiar with a basic computer coding like visual basic and pascal and boolean operators.

I've had 2 different octopus controllers and an AC. x10 doesn't work worth beans in my old house. :( The RK is extremely simple and I like direct connect.

The RK2 has just started acting stange. Now, the whole thing is operating at about 1/3 speed. ex. clock losing major time causing all kinds of havok.

here is there number 425.402.0433 ask for Scott Bogner
e-mailing [email protected] is what they want customers to do.

I have three RK2 and one RK1 I love them all and the company has great support. They are just stretched a little thin.

i was just wondering but do the rk2 have the ability to email you?
sorry for my ignorance, im just in the market for a controller and the ac3 has a few functions i really like

thanks Scott. I waited for the email response instead of calling and bugging them.

They must be swamped.

yeah, i dont mess with the X-10 stuff. i have a DC8 power strip direct connected to my ACJR. works great! haven't had any issues at all!

i love my RK2....i like the way evrything plugs into the DC8 and only one wire going to the control unit....and evrythings working as programmed......also its puurdy:marv
