Parameters:
Alk: 9.5dkh
Calcium: 430 ppm
Magnesium 1350ppm
Nitrate: 40ppm
Phosphate: 0.25ppm

Parameters a month ago:
Alk: 9.5dkh
Calcium: 460 ppm
Magnesium 1350ppm
Nitrate: 0ppm
Phosphate: 0.03ppm

Flow: Nero five on random flow 24/7. Jebao DCT 1200 Return.
Stock: Possum Wrasse, Mandarin, Solon Fairy Wrasse, Blue Tang, 13 Clownfish.
Deep Blue 60 Frag tank.
40 Gallon Breeder sump filled with live rock.

The problem seems to have gotten worse over the course of a month. I have been treating it like dinos.
There are still different types of turf algae and cyanobacteria present in my tank.

I dirtied up the water by adding reef roids, aqua vitro fuel, Dosing two different types of phyto (Isochrysis Galbana & Tetraselmis Chuii), heavy feeding of rods food, and new life spectrum pellets.

Here's a Pic:

I would say Dino’s from what I can see. But a ID under a microscope can confirm.

I'd be sure to bring up the nutrient level.

I brought it up to 40ppm Nitrate and 0.25ppm phosphates.

Should I go even higher? Is it good where it is at?

Do you believe certain additives are hurting?

The best way you believe to raise nutrients?

I would really appreciate you're opinion.

Dinos.
Are you using RO or tap water from the faucet? What is your phosphate level ??
To battle this, as soon as tonight or tomorrow night turn lights off for the next 5 days . Using a turkey baster blow this stuff loose and net or siphon it up. At night, add 1ml of hydrogen peroxide per 10 gallons for the next 5 nights.
During the day, add 1ml of liquid bacteria per 10 gallons.
Continue to feed fish as normal BUT DO NOT FEED CORAL FOOD TO CORAL OR ADD NoPox to tank which will feed Dino.
Day 6, turn blue lights to normal schedule and whites at 10%, then add whites 5.% each day until normal schedule.
