Hello Fellow Reefers,

I started my mixed reef tank back in Febuary so tank is around 50 days old.

I went through the standard diatom phase after after my clown pair and going lights on after my cycle finished but they seemed to die down after a week. Around 1 week ago I noticed what I am hoping is diatoms make there way back onto my live rock and sand bed. They are now taking on a hair algae like appearance and are starting to grow on some of my corals. I am worried I am actually dealing with dinos but am new to saltwater. I am aware that I rushed into things a bit but have been keeping up with my weekly 15% water changes (I mix RODI water with waterbox Reef salt) and am running a skimmer and uv.

Tank is a waterbox 15g AIO

Link to video of the tank in white light.

a video or pictures under whiter light would help more. its a bit too blue still to properly ID.

i am going to lean on the side of dino's, but it could potentially be lyngbya(a type of cyano)
