Dip to kill Bristle Worms

BW are probably the second most sensitive organism to peroxide in typical doses just after lysmata.

the same ratios everyone uses successfully 1 mil per 10 gallons of 3% rock dipping will likely kill all your bw and peroxide doesnt harm filter bac in the least.
Truth. When I peroxided my rocks recently all the bristle worms floated to the top.
It kills those things fast.

But doesn’t the peroxide kill the good bacteria on the rocks?

In my experience this seems to be minimal.

The only use case for this being an issue would be buying cycled rock which has pest risk, so you dip it in peroxide - like tampa bay maricultured rock or something

I was still able to rapid cycle my new tank with an entirely new aquascape and bringing all my livestock over with minimal ammonia issues, and that was bringing over 4 sump rocks which had been dipped in peroxide before going into the new sysstem.
