Instructions for corals tend to say "Indirect flow." Are there any corals that are ok with occasional direct flow? SPSs perhaps? If I got an Orca making a sweep and it occasionally sends direct flow at an SPS - it's probably fine? Any corals that are like MORE FLOW! HIT ME!

I think the polyps will tell you if it's too much 🙂
I'm sure your corals will start to retract their polyps when there is too much flow.

I feel like with some SPSs it's hard to tell, their polyps tend to be small. And all of mine are tiny frags, so I'd need a magnifying glass. It's why I think I prefer hairy SPSs. You can actually tell what's going on with them!

PS: When I typed glass, it aucorrected to a s * and then R2R corrected it to butt. 😂
