My 60 Gallon has interesting issue lately where some of my fish are disappering - 2 Cromies and Cardnile fish. I did have GoatFish die next morning. Large amount rock and deep sand floor and good parameters. I also have a plexiglass cover with small slits on it and did not notice anything under tank.

Thank is only 2 months old and not sure about. I do have 6 Clowns and tank is remarkly alive and no agression that I can see. I seem to loose them at night.

I desiring to make sure tank is stable for small dwaft tang in the future.

I suspect the fish are succumbing to new tank syndrome and the remains are being eaten by members of the clean up crew. That's far too many fish in a 2 month old tank. You will likely not notice aggression initially amoung the clowns, but you will eventually.
Ten fish in a 2 month old tank is too much. You should space out the introduction of new fish.
To assist you individual's will need some chemistry values, Ammonia, Nitrates, Specific Gravity, and temperature.
Did you use live rock that could have introduced crabs, mantis shrimp?

Chemistry is fine including Calcium and Alkinity. A lot of live rock and clean up crew. Fire shrimp, pistel shrimp and Camel shrimp.

But you are probably right, I just need them to get used to it. Main thing is make sure it right before adding more expensive fish.

One thing I was wondering if the Reef Code A & B could hurt the fish.

Part of issue maybe introduction of Chromies, I just saw another thread stating Chromies were Damsels and II had bad luck with Damsels in my 13.5 last year.
