Just got home after a four day trip to notice one chromeis gone and the other in the back corner of the tank like this. Doesn’t look like white dots on the fish but almost like missing scales. Is it possible the new clown fish we just added was being aggressive?

Hard to see fish in corner but appears stressed and hard to tell what symptoms are present if any.
Is fish breathing normal or labored?
is fish eating ?
Have you tested ammonia and nitrate to assure not elevated while you were gone?
Any unusual marks or rash on its body ?

I agree, this is the typical stress coloration of chromis. It could be stressed from being attacked (but then the fins would likely be torn) or from some disease. If the other chromis all look good, you can generally rule out water quality as that would affect all of the fish about equally.

So I guess it was stress? Woke up this morning and everything was perfectly fine.

Just keep an eye on them, it is not at all uncommon for green chromis to fight (despite them being a schooling fish).
