Can you get a disease from a fish tank that involves bumps that spread over your body
 
Don't know what they call it but many get rashes under their arms from their tanks and end up wearing gloves that go up to the arm pit. Yikes!
 
Just came across this thread... yes you can, it's rare though and generally not life threatening; Google 'microbacterium marinum'.
