Diver's Den not as good as before?

I have been ordering from DD for years, is it just me or does it seem the livestock quality and service had gone down recently while prices continue to go up? thoughts?
Some of my experience in my recent order- you can see the deflated/leaking bag and freezing temperature water in this shipment. Not good!
