Doing a DIY sump for my new bubble magus fleece roller. Any thoughts or suggestions on the design?

It looks like you are off to a good start. You may want to consider a double baffle between the roller ball/skimmer sections and a triple baffle (bubble trap) between the skimmer and the return sections. Good luck!

The changes look good. I am not sure where the water level is going to be, but you may want to make sure that the triple baffle goes all the way to the water level so that the bubbles don’t go up and over those baffles.

I should have added the dimensions before I posted the update. Here are the dimensions.

9.5 inches is the height for the skimmer section.

Get rid of the bio balls. Don’t really see the point of the double baffle before the skimmer. One should be enough before the skimmer.

It's just one baffle before the skimmer. The other line is just showing the dimensions.

Whats the issue with the Marine Pure balls?

Bio balls and Marine Pure Balls are two different things - IMO Marine Pure Balls are a viable biological filtration media. One small down side is that Marine Pure Balls can break down over time so they don’t have an indefinite lifespan.

One suggestion is that you place the Marine Pure Balls in some type of very large-mesh container that will readily allow water to flow through and that you can lift all of the balls out at once for a gentle dip into a bucket of RO water to remove any collected waste.

Good idea. I will try to incorporate the mesh container into my design.

This is the main reason I wouldn’t use them.
