I've got someone that does a fair amount of woodworking as a hobby that would possibly be willing to build us a stand for the 75G reef ready (or the 75G non reef ready tank we have now) for pretty much the cost of material. I've been trying to find plans online and haven't had any luck. Anyone have some or know where I can find them?

It doesn't need to be a fancy set up. Was kind of thinking more of a rustic, plain stand with cabinet doors (although I do like the idea of the secret door for the sump).

I do not have anything drawn up for the specific concept.

Once can go with a simple 2x 6 shell and skin it with cabinet grade plywood. purchase door and use euro hinges. that is the simplest way. My stand is a multi functional stand for my office.

If you have the equipment or it sounds like your friend does, one can make a stand with cabinet grade ply without all the bulky 2x4/2x6's with space.

I think what you are looking for is a layout drawing?

Yea the friend has the tools. I'm looking for something that shows basic layout I guess with measurements. Needs to be sturdy enough to hold 75 reef tank with enough space under it for sump. Gf is definitely going to want cabinet doors and something nice looking (I do too lol).
