Looking good. Just wondering what's your estimated on how much it cost to build?

In the tank itself I have
-$15 for weldon 4 acrylic glue
-$16 for the 1/8 green acrylic
-$33 for the 1/4 black acrilic
-$11 for aquarium silicone
-$30 ish for the 1/2 hose and pluming
-$9 for the flexible loc line from BRS
-$free tank from my co worker

So around $114 for the tank itself

The pump and heater prices vary widely and the net screen top is optional

-$52 Sicce syncra silent pump
-$35 diy screen net top BRS
-$40 for the aqueon 200 watt heater

$127 for that stuff

There's also a lot of other stuff that's optional I have a $9 nano filter sock. you can choose to go bare bottom and save $39 on sand. And I have reef saver Rock from BRS it was $96.

Compared to a all in one 20 gallon peninsula from innovative marine that's $250 I'd say I saved quite a bit and mine is 30 gallon and I have a upgraded pump.

That's pretty cheap to build that tank I have the Nuvo 40 and I thought about giving it a try to build my own. Just to see my DIY skills. After seeing what it coast you I might give it a try and build a small frag tank at first.

You'll definitely want some sort of ato on a tank that small. Salinity fluctuations are greater on small tanks.
Yea I need one I've just been filling it up to a certain point with rodi water

I'd go ahead and try it haha full sheets of acrylic get pretty expensive though. It worked pretty well with the glass and acrylic.

How's this holding up? I have a 27gal marineland cube that I want to turn into an AIO and pretty much want to do exactly what you did. Any suggestions or recommendations? Anything you'd do differently or change looking back?

Thanks!

Love it :-)
