Hey there everybody. I notice lots of hobbyists making their own food. What are some good recipes you have or currently used. Got any pointers about the process in general?

I use LRS and mix black worms in there or/and Mysis let it thaw with some aqua forest vitamins, reef nutrition mix and 5ml of AA.
Sometimes I mix in some garlic from aqua forest but not all the time.
