DIY Fish Food ?

I found this package at a local asain market and wanted to know if i should try to pick out this imitation crab?? I am going to be making my own fish food but wasnt sure about the crab

I'd go fresh too. Not necessarily still alive though :P
Make sure to clean it well too, it's makes all the difference between a stinky, messy food and something your tank will love.
