diy led strips

Hi everyone. I've been wanting to supplement my t5 fixture with some leds.
Been putting it off because I kept spending money on coral and fish.

Light fixture is a 6x80 sunpower hanging over 125g tank with sps and zoas.

Would like to do 60" royal blue strip x2

Decided to go with luxeon es royal blues with heat sink and fans from Steve's leds.
How many leds per strip should I go with?

I could use advice on drivers, power supply, and other components I should go with.

I've done many diy projects on this system, but nothing like this.
