Hi R2R,

I'm currently building a plywood stand. I'm trying to get everything to be perfectly square but it's not working out so well. How nervous would you guys be seeing this amount of error on squareness? It's probably about 1/16'' over 23 inches.

I think the plywood is also a bit bent. Not sure how I can address that issue.

If you used a properly set up table saw to make the cuts I would "check the checker" first. Framing squares are notoriously inaccurate, but easily fixed. A quick Google search will get you some info on how to do that. If the pieces turn out to be cut square and you have a little warpage I would think gluing it up and clamping would take that away for you.

The cut pieces are square for sure. The part that’s not square is how I joined the side panels and the back panel.
