diy skimmer pump help

So last night was playing in the garage and decided I was going to build a skimmer now I'm just need a skimmer pump what would be good one to get?

That's a awesome skimmer I was thinking of making one myself how difficult was this for you to make it someone handy to make?

It wasnt that bad.. going to be making a big one in a couple of weeks when i return from my trip will post pic when i start.

Looks good. You want to have a balance between your skimmer body and the pump. The specs of you skimmer (like neck size, dimensions of the body) will determine which pump will work best. Post up some details. I've made a cone skimmer before, there is always a learning curve with your first one.
