DIY spray bar

i was planning to do a DIY spray bar, but when i went to home depot to buy a PVC elbow piece, they didn't sell any that small. i am looking for some advice if anyone would like to help.

the output of my sump is about a 1/4" or 3/8". i need a PVC elbow piece about that size. then i need a PVC pipe that size about 4-5 inches long. I can't even find these online, unless it's bought in bulk.

You could use nylon hose connected to an eheim spray bar. Might be easier
