DIY Sump - Advice Needed

So below is my final plan for my DIY sump, very simple but this is the I like it.

I need chamber 1 water level at 11 inches and chamber 2 and 3 at 9 inches will this set up work and maintain those water levels ?

It should but depending on the flow rate you may get air bubbles in the water from agittion as water flows overt he 9" baffle. FWIW, I don't use any baffles in my sumps, here's one of my sumps: https://www.reef2reef.com/threads/abbys-260.1078224/post-13709603
