DIY sump baffles/partitions

Anyone know of any premade-precut baffles out there? I picked up a 60 gallon Aqueon tank and want to turn it into my sump....looking for lost cost baffle set up for it. Anyone got any good places?
 
I used a baffle kit on ebay. Search sump baffle kit 60

You can use a fiji cube 40 if you like the style better. The Aqueon 40g and 60g are the same width. The height on the 60g is 2 inches higher than the 40g
