Bubble traps are tough! I did the same and in the end my life reef skimmer does emit any bubbles anyway! Only bubbles I get is from the 2 inch drop into the return section when it goes over the baffle from the bubble trap. Lol

Nice. Yes i think the bubble trap might be a waste of good space. Ive seen some creative sumps where ppl use sponges and different techniques on how to trap bubbles.

New editions to the sump

Adding the new GFO reactor by mini max, removed all the Kalk from my reservoir and switched to a KW Reactor 300. Also installing a new Doser. Lets see how stable i can keep my tank :) .

Highly Suggested 100% Way more control! i see it more of an investment.

Dont settle with the Apex lite or the Jr.

Finally calibrated the new doser. i have the tubes pointed directly into the bubble trap so the solution gets mixed a little bit then falls into the return chamber.
