DIY Sump setup. Does this look right?

Here is my 20 Tall sump setup. Does the layout look right? The acrylic I got from the guy on ebay that does a fantastic job cut to order. Only issue is he didnt include any instructions or photos even so I am guessing by looking at vids and other pics. Is this the right order?

Put the heater in a place where the water can't drain. I would recommend puting it in the same one as the heater.
I accidentally melted a heater doing a waterchange yesterday forgetting to turn it off.

Also you won't want a heater in a refugium. Otherwise it looks good.
