I think you will have to change the entire bottom panel. It looks like the crack came from a hole for the bulkhead. It can certainly be done, but you will have to take the entire tank apart from what I have read.

That is my understanding. The new silicone does not stick to the old silicone to provide a complete seal.So would have to remove every panel?
