Do Blastomussa have tentacles?

Do Blastomussa have tentacle looking appendages that come out around the base? They appear to come out from between the branches and near the plug.

 
Yes, Blastos (as with most corals) do have tentacles; they are found around the vesicles on the edge of the oral disc, although they are relatively small/short.

However as @Reefer Matt said, what you're seeing are brittle stars.
