Do flowers make fish happy?

have a clownfish and I recently added a flowerpot to its tank. Interestingly, my fish seems to be more active and energetic since I added the pot.

I'm wondering if the pot is making it happy or if it's scaring it. I would really appreciate any insights and experiences from those who know more about this.
