I hate trying to tell them apart, plus hybrids show up pretty often! I’d say a queen or a hybrid.

That looks like a blue angel to me. I just grabbed my copy of Humann and Deloach (Reef Fish Identification ... FL, Caribbean and Bahamas). They say that the immature blue has a vertical midstripe out of three (the last stripe is faint) and the queen has a bent mid stripe.
