So I have my 90 gal mixed reef with a wrasse two clowns a yellow tang and a bristle tooth tang, I do have lids but I really enjoy the look without them. I wouldn’t mind to much either way but do you guys feel that I need to keep the lids on the tank?

Any fish can go carpet surfing but some are more likely than others. The clowns and tangs may be ok but a wrasse is likely to jump to it's death eventually if there's no lid.

You need a lid, yes. You can take the lid off to sit and admire the tank unobstructed, but a lid is a small thing to keep your fish from potentially dying slow, miserable deaths, and IMO is as important to the tank as a heater or light.

I fed my fish, walked to the kitchen, realized I hadn't closed the tank. Went back to close it and almost stepped on my 13 year old clown fish. Guess he was excited over his favorite food. So for me it is a hard yes.

I personally prefer lid, depends on what kind of fish you have some fish has personality of jumping such as blennies. I got a tailspot blenny that jumped so I start using lids afterwards.
Nice lid!

I would say 1000% yes it’s a must and serves an important purpose! I’ve never heard of anyone who has a lid and regretted it. Unless it was a glass lid avoid those on saltwater aquariums.
