Do I need to add amphipods?

I hear SO much about adding copepods but very little about amphipods. Is this something I should consider trying to establish in my tank?

I've "heard" they'll eat your copepods but don't know if that's an issue.

No, don't need to add them. They WILL find there own way in. Be it hidden on a rock or coral frag or even hiding on a snail.
