Just 60lbs of rocks.[emoji51]. What kind of filters do you have? I found in my sumpless the mech filters worked better than the hob skimmer.
In a sumpless you should feed different.
I do. My first 5 6 years were in sumpless tanks. I really saw visual difference in mainly how fast the glass went green. And I never really got cyano.You preach that a lot!! AH HA!!!One fish, light feeding, packed full of coral with a HOB AC 70 with a sponge no carbon no gfo.. That is all lol
Well.. I could probably do another fish or two. However, as the tank gets older the nutrients increase. So yes, in a sense it's balanced. That said, the tank was suppose to be torn down 5 months ago. The one fish, a six line wrasse, helps keep pests at bay. :)AH HA!!!
You balanced the tanks bioload!
@zeeGGee thats the key.
One method of nutrient export Folks forget is, the coral. It eats it gets bigger.
Prettier than chato too.
Same here. I do have AC 110 as refugium fullWell.. I could probably do another fish or two. However, as the tank gets older the nutrients increase. So yes, in a sense it's balanced.
