I have a 125 gallon 72"x18" tank. I'm trying to find a lid for it. My LFS has two brands but say both are about an inch different than mine. The measurement inside of the lip where the glass would sit is 23 1/4". There are 3 sections. Does anybody know where I can get a glass top for this or what brand it might be. Its an older tank coverted to a sump that I want to close off where I can to prevent evaporation.

Have you thought about making a DIY lid? You can get the glass cut to the exact dimensions and even notched if necessary. Multiple different styles of hinges and handles are available.

I called a glass company and they can cut me pieces for the spaces. 1/4" thick. There won't be hinges. I could not find the ones online where you can get them custom cut. I used to be able to find them on Amazon but I can't find them now. Can you send me a link to a place that makes custom glass tops?

I typically use a local glass shop and then add hinges and knobs myself.

One option could be to get them to drill you a couple of holes so you can add handles for easy panel removal, if this is a rimmed tank you could also DIY a hinge by getting them to cut the panels across the width and drill holes/drill them yourself, to add a hinge.
