Does anyone have a source for Half Spined Seahorses in California?

I would like a male half spined seahorse. I live in Northern California. I don't have any local sources, so I am looking to have him shipped. Maybe from the same state so he doesn't have to travel too much?

I don't know of any availability at this time in North America. While Live Aquaria lists them, they have been out of stock for some time.
Why do you only want one? Are you intending to crossbreed with another species you already have??
