It’s a white hermit crab.. you don’t see them that often but basically like any other dwarf hermit except they tend to stay on sand, are more active than most hermits and will sometimes consume Cyanobacteria.

I believe they are from parts of Florida and the Caribbean. Sometimes they are a morph of a different type of hermit. But as Retro Reefer said, it’s a standar White Hermit, but not an albino.
