If it looks like a GBTA, and stays small like that, and starts dividing like a rabbit in heat, it most likely is a Cribrinopsis crassa. These were the rage a number of years ago, and sold as GBTA's. They are not! They are from the mediterranean, and always stay small. If that is the case, watch out, they'll take over your tank.

Well, if it that then I'll later take it out. I got it for next to nothing so it's not a loss.

Found this with a quick google search (the aforementioned Cribrinopsis crassa) . The OP's seem to have the corresponding pinkish tips.
