is he heavy breathing ? Am planning to rehome it whent my 120g build will be done all my fish are doing great my male clown have the same white spot since a couple of month and my female clown has the same 2 white spot since a couple of month they are hosting my hammer coral my tail spot blenny and my gold head goby don't show anything the only fish i have a concern is my gold flake and my mandarin

Looks healthy and normal to me for a small fish. A fish that is struggling to get enough oxygen would not be as active as your Gold Flake.

And what about my mandarin i have see her scratching or have some kind of spasm

Sorry for the late reply, but I just got a captive bred juvenile goldflake and mine acts the same as yours does. He kinda freaks out if I get really close to the tank. I’ve talked to many others and thier captive bred juvenile goldflake act the same way and are very healthy. I got mine from Reef pro
