It's open and expanding. Looks healthy to me.

Lighting plays the biggest role in how green or florescent a coral will look. The coral will appear more iridescent under a bluer lighting scheme.

Ok thanks I wasn't sure because it looks different from other GSP I have seen.

Green Star Polyps come in different coloration. Put some blue lighting on that coral and it will appear a more intense green. Otherwise the piece looks healthy. A lot of hobbyist have an issue getting this hardy coral to open up initially.
