Does this look like it will be a proper ozone setup?

I am considering adding an ozone generator to my reef tank's sump skimmer and I was wondering whether or not this would be good enough. My tank is 60 gallons and I have never run an ozone generator before.
Here are the two products:
Ozone Generator:
Amazon product

ORP Controller:
Amazon product

Now I am inclined to mention that the orp controller is the cheapest one on amazon that I can buy.

Also, is there anything else that I will need? I have an air pump already and I know that I need ozone resistant tubing for it all, but is that really it? The last thing that I want is to miss something and then kill/harm my tank.
Thank you so much!
