Does this spell trouble for my Radion G4?

I'm trying to set up my new to me Radion via USB/ESL, and experiencing an issue where the clock is refusing to sync up. This appears to be an issue that others have dealt with over the years and I've tried all of the publicly available troubleshooting steps to no avail. From what I'm reading, the next step will have to be a call to Ecotech. What caught my eye is this:

Is this normal or should I be concerned?
