Don’t know what to treat for...

I currently have 90 FOWLR that has some sort of problem. I have 3 puffers and 3 triggers. Two of the triggers are showing signs of sickness but I do not know what it currently is. I thought Ich but now I don’t know? Please help me diagnose what this is so I can treat properly. I have prazipro and cupramine just don’t know which one to use on the tank.

I also forgot to mention in the original post that the fish is eating well and only symptoms seem to be the way he looks and scratching on the rocks.
