Donald Duck Shrimp tips?

Just like the title says, does anyone have any tips on care for the Donald Duck Shrimp? (Aka Leander Shrimp) The little info I've found on them is that they eat micro-crustaceans and algae. What have they eaten in your care / if you've seen them in the wild? Thanks!

Yeah they do look pretty weird, although I do like them because they look "odd-ballish" lol
