Don't even know if it can be done

I don't know if it is even possible. Is there a way to take two tanks and make them one? I have two 40 gallon breeders that I was wondering if I could remove the end panel on each of them and make the two butt together and make it even longer. I want to do this for a turtle tank. Can it be done????

even is could connect the tanks they would break at the seam from the pressure, the only way i could see it working is if you reinforced the seams with another piece of glass on both sides and that would be an eyesore
