Don't know what to do next.

I've been fighting gha for 3 months. I got it down 80% and it's brushing off the rocks nicely. Filter now has uv light, algea scrubber, active charcoal and a reef mat I also have over 300 pounds of live rock. I went from the really high nitrate and phosphate down to 0 nitrate and very low phos. Now I need to help my xenia's and zoas. What can I give them without feeding gha. I don't understand the differences between amino organic or red sea and+. Thank you for the help.

How much GHA do you have in your tank? You don't want your parameters to sit at zero for too long, or you will have dinos (I know from experience)

Most ths hair is at this end. Most corals look good but the xenia's. They are shrinking. They are the warning system that it's to low right. Been close to zero for 3 weeks

Everything looks good. Can feed your fish a little more, or you can dose nitrates. Brightwell neonitro is probably the easiest way. Just find the balance between some measurable nitrates so your xenia are happy but not enough to feed another hair algae bloom. And you can also just add to your cleanup crew
