So, I am a new Apex owner! Literally yesterday I purchased the full Neptune Apex system and also bought a DOS. Spent yesterday evening setting up the Apex and calibrating probes, plugging devices into their correct ourlets, etc.
This morning I added the DOS to the Apex, and began the priming of the pumps in the initial setup. First pump was fine, calibrated to exactly 40ml. I being priming the 2nd pump and within about 30 secs the pump stops and the light on that pumps side is red. After a few mins the light turns orange again. But if I attempt to finishing the priming the same issue occurs...few secs of pumping then it stops, red light, repeat
Any clue what is going on here?
