I just got a DOS to do auto changes for me. I was looking for a way to hook up multiple tanks to the DOS. Has anyone does this with only one DOS?

Have mine doing it on my 180. Would like to setup on my so s reefer 170 but probably just buy another o e for that. Problem is its a long run through the attic. Not real fun doing it the first time.

I have another tank that is about 10 feet away on the same floor. I was thinking of using a ball valve to close and open lines. I would like also to get my other tank which is on another floor.

A DOS can pump 30 feet. If you had the DOS centered in theory one could have a 60' run. One side pulling 30 feet and the other side pushing 30 feet.

With multiple tank, the best solution is multiple DOS's or you will also have to change setting and if you are like me and get busy and forget:eek::D

I know it's somewhat spendy but I have to agree that each tank should have it's own DOS. If you wanted to try though, you could use solenoid valves that are Apex controlled to open and close for the lines that are running to each tank. Just a thought.

I have not missed the DOS setup yet but was wondering if I get set up different tanks with solenoid valves to help operate it.
