There's the stuff you can get from an LFS which is basically rock that has only been in fish tanks. Then there's direct from the ocean live rock.

That's great. In that case I would just make sure your nutrients stay elevated (roughly 10ppm Nitrates and 0.1 Phosphates) and let them go away on their own then.

Oh, yeah, if you got ocean rock, you're fine. Definitely keep nutrients up, and all the biodiversity on that rock will get rid of the dinos. Or, at least, drop them back to normal, harmless levels.
