Doser 2.1 sticking

Hi all.

Moved some things around last night. Plugged in the doser 2.1 that supply’s the KH Director.

When it tries to dose sample water or waste water it spins for a second then stops and the light turns red.

Any idea how to fix?

I want to calibrate my KH Director and get it running.

Was it working previously? New system? Used purchase?

Brand new system and equipment. It was working previous.

Now it only works at speeds slower than the top speed.

When at top speed it spins a second and stops and flashed red. Two dosing head does this.

Anyone got a clue?

Just to clarify the doser was working perfectly yesterday. It still works perfectly at speeds 0, 1, 2 - When dosing at speed 3 it does this. All dosing heads.

Weird.

I wonder if some type of alarm function is at play? That doesn't sound like a gear grinding against plastic. Keep us posted.

Yeah I would agree. For all of them to do it suddenly. Odd.

I wondered if I mixed up the power supply or some PAB cables?

You probably connected the 12v pl4 power supply to 24v doser.
