Is this an OK setup to have the dosers and kh director on the floor and container on a shelf? Don't ask me why, but the container will be higher. Will this cause issues?

As long as the lines stay attached it won't be a problem. With that being said, I have accidentally disconnected a doser line.

Not something I would trust.

I did that for a while until one of the pump tubes slid off of a roller and that allowed a siphon. The Maxi was actually above the reservoir but the outlet tube went below the pump, into the sump. Most of my RO/DI tank siphoned into the sump! Now, I have all tubes feeding the tank above the level of the pump head. They feed into a pvc pipe up high that drains into the sump.

Actually, I think you could have the pump lower than the reservoir as long as the outlet empties at a higher level. That would prevent the problem I just described, but not the problem Ruffian described (above).
